Frequently Asked Questions

  • A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required for special event bakery orders. Your order and event date are not considered officially reserved until the deposit has been received.

    The deposit is applied toward your total order, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.

  • We understand that plans can change! Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as your event date and production time are reserved specifically for your order.

    Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the booking deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, preparation, and ingredients or supplies that may have already been purchased.

    If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your event. We will do our best to transfer your order and deposit to a new available date within 6 months of the original event date.

    If Firefly Cottage Bakery & Cafe must cancel your order due to an emergency or circumstances on our end, all payments made will be fully refunded.

  • We offer a delicious variety of fresh-baked goods including artisan sourdough loaves, soup bowls, rolls, muffins, cookies, and cinnamon rolls—all made from scratch in our cottage kitchen.

  • We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events or custom orders.

  • Yes! You can choose porch pick-up at our bakery or request local delivery for an additional fee (based on distance and order size).

  • Absolutely! We love helping you create the perfect menu for your event. You can mix and match items or request special flavors—just reach out and we’ll make it happen if possible.

  • We cater everything from weddings, showers, and open houses to business lunches and community gatherings.

  • No, we do not currently offer serving supplies, display stands, or rental items. All baked goods are provided packaged and ready for pickup, allowing you the flexibility to display and serve them in a way that best fits your event.
