Coffee Cart Catering

Bringing the Firefly Coffee Cart to your event takes a little more than simply rolling up with a coffee maker! Our setup fee helps cover the time and labor involved in loading, transporting, unloading, setting up, and packing up all of the equipment needed to create a full coffee shop experience at your venue.

Because of the amount of equipment involved, setup and breakdown require multiple team members to make sure everything is transported safely and your coffee cart is ready to serve when your event begins.

The fee allows us to take care of all the behind-the-scenes work so you can simply enjoy great drinks and a little Firefly magic at your event.

Our coffee cart offers a cozy menu of fresh-brewed espresso, lattes, teas, energy drinks, hot chocolate, and seasonal specialty drinks crafted to fit your event.

Yes! We travel within 20 miles of Idaho Falls. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup needs.

We cater weddings, showers, office events, school functions, markets, church gatherings, open houses, and more. If you’re hosting it, we can bring the coffee!

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons or holidays.

We bring all equipment, cups, lids, syrups, toppings, and supplies—everything needed to serve your guests delicious drinks. We do have a generator if needed but prefer access to a standard 120V outlet.

Absolutely. We can create custom flavors, seasonal lattes, themed drinks, or simplify the menu to fit your event.

Most events include 1–3 hours of service, but we can accommodate longer events with prior arrangement.

No worries! If your guests enjoy a few more drinks than expected, additional drinks can be served as supplies allow. Any drinks beyond the quantity included in your package will be added to your final balance at $6 per drink.

We understand that plans can change! Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as your event date is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your event. We’ll be happy to transfer your deposit to a new available date within 6 months of the original event.

For cancellations made 14 days or more before the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, preparation, and supplies already purchased for your event.

If Firefly Cottage Bakery & Cafe must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.tion

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not considered officially booked until the deposit has been received.

The deposit is applied toward your total package price, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.

Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
